Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Dyer arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. When Vepar reached her early adolescence her Tiefling mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
