Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Ruler born in the past three hundred years. She takes great joy in being the best Ruler in town.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her parents were killed by goblins in a raid when she was still a young child. The goblins captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Her brown hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. Her eyes are likewise gray. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her first spouse was a Crown-heir, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
