History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. After coming to the age of reason, Huru took it upon herself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She was granted arcane powers by her dying brother.

Personality: Birel is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She disdains her fellow southerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Herbalist hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Birel fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day

History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Halfling companion (her 'brother'). She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the north; and she wants to meet her childhood hero

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature axe.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and he desires power and/or immortality

Personality: Stoic and calm, she prefers to meditate than take action. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. After months of barely getting by, Greeba managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, she made her way to the capital under a new identity.
