History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Scribe arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Half-Elves in Elysande's homeland. Elysande decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She now owns her own business.

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Joan took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up glaive and armor she uses now. She was granted divine powers by her dying sister.
