History: Nelkin lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. One day when Nelkin was young, his father was sewing while trying to overcome the flu, when suddenly his father dropped to the ground dead. His father had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Nelkin was heart-stricken from the event, and his mother started working long hours to provde for them. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She uses her nature as a weapon; she likes to lead opponents to think her in distress.

History: She was born in the north. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.

Motivation: To protect her home; and she has a crush on the local locksmith

Description: She appears as an extremely gaunt Halfling, and stands approximately 2'9". She dresses well, wearing white shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time, and her gloved hand is found clutching a mace. Her hair is silver, silky, and of moderate length. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her gray eyes.

Personality: In the realm of puns, she cannot help herself. She feels obliged to make them. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: Born in the south to a Layabout, Chenna learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Her first spouse was a Animal Trainer, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She's also a talented Animal Trainer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Description: He is an average looking southern male in his early mid-life. He wears brown painted combat armor at almost all times. His red hair and beard is wavy and long. He has a dull look in his amber eyes.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Gifted from a young age, Guy studied abroad. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south.

Description: She is an exceptionally muscular looking eastern young adult. She is well dressed, constantly wearing a brown suit, yellow shirt, and blue tie. Beneath her clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. She is bald on top and has large auburn tufts of hair around her ears. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. After coming to the age of reason, Jarana took it upon herself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Jarana fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out.
