History: He was born in a small plains village. Through the years after Korfel was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was.
