History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Description: With brown face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty violet coat over it. He has done his best to style his black hair to look like a famous performer. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. The war was a terrible time for him, and Rolf does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Rolf was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Gale was born in the east. At a young age she loved to build and create. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. After coming to the age of reason, Jacoba took it upon herself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. After a long history of fighting, Jacoba and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
