History: Quillathe lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with singing. She constantly tries to fill her life with singing. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

History: Millicent was born with her mother's beautiful face. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
