Description: This fat northern man has a bulbous nose and wears a black costume with the symbols of the four houses of cards on his torso. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He keeps his long red hair kept up in a rat tail. His eyes are likewise violet. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and to share knowledge with the world

Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Williamina grew up listening to her father's many stories. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Elven companion (her 'brother'). She has dedicated herself to building a better world.

Motivation: A deep hatred of goblins; and obtaining odd cultural elven artifacts is her passion

He prefers to carry a spear, but if one is not available he will default to his quarterstaff. His clothes are grease stained in places. His scarlet crest is singed and shortened. His red eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bellfounder hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He has a crush on the local Barrister; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: She was born in a small mountains village. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She struck the Spice Merchant job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and she feels threatened by others

History: Chem was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and wants to raise his children well
