History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Barfa grew up listening to his father's many stories. Barfa was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Barfa decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Herbalist. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: She is highly sensitive about her name. She loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage daughter.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Marry her sister to traveling adventurers.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered dancing. He has never given up on his dancing dream.
