Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Nelkin's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 7 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Nelkin never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

History: Born in the west to a Performer, Tawna learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered west to less war torn lands. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. In his 17th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
