Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. She has all her life been fascinated with painting.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Therai was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Therai liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the west. Naal was born on a far western desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Stylist. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. She found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, she put together a working one.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
