Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. She wears many layers of old clothing at all times. She wears her brown hair up in a very large beehive style do. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud.

Description: This northern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. She has slicked back red hair. Her amber eyes are passionate and lively.
Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. Herleva is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.
History: Herleva was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.
Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and to unite with her brother

Description: This man likes to wear ponchos typically of a light tan in addition to tight pants. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. He wears a top hat to cover his moderate length white hair. He has green eyes and a tan hat with a grey feather.
Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.
History: He got into the Shoemaker business at a young age. While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He tends to his Shoemaker job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and a strong sense of loyalty to dwarven people

Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a grey tunic with green highlights, and long blue pants that bunch up around his shoes. His silver hair is still thick. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and seeks redemption

Description: He wears yellow leather gloves, a yellow jacket, and tight pants, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'8" when asserting himself. His brown hair is knotted and matted. His eyes are a pleasant hazel.
Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Locksmith arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He became a Locksmith soon after.
