History: He was raised in a desert tribe. He worked as a nervous Map Maker and found it very stressful. He became a Map Maker soon after.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Az-Adar was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Az-Adar was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the brigands.

Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Ownka grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Ownka. She has achieved small success as a Seamstress.

Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help
