History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Tomi fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

He found a children's book about a Half-Orc Commoner who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Kody was born on a far eastern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Bellfounder. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Kody was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the gnolls.
