History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: He has a crush on the local Fortune-teller.

She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her first spouse was a Mortician, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
