History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Bertram was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Bertram decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He was granted divine powers by his dying brother.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She was taken from her home at a very young age. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Motivation: She feels threatened by others; and she is terrified, and will act out of fear

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. She wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. Her purple hair is singed and shortened. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady gold eyes.

Personality: Bryseis speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: Born in the south to a Mercenary, Bryseis learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Her parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when she was still a young child. The gnolls captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She became a Mercenary soon after.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Elaim was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Elaim's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
