History: Thradal was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Doctor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Through the years after Umpen was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Umpen's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: He hates orcs. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting orcs, the young Watson began to lead the lost caravan. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many orcs want him driven away; and he wants revenge against orcs
