History: Vicky was born in the west. At a young age she loved to build and create. While she appears to be a normal Human, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and obtaining odd cultural tiefling artifacts is her passion

Description: 6'2" and muscular, this southern woman does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when she can avoid it. She keeps her bronze crest in a flapper bob. Her eyes are likewise red. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. She is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Hillanot grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Hillanot. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
