Description: This exceptionally lanky woman wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. Her black hair is thinning but still full. Her silver eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. After a long history of fighting, Akta and her spouse have recently divorced.
