Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He prefers to wear flannel. His auburn hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his blue eyes.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 70. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: Efferil was born with his mother's beautiful face. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
