Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Cloud was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the gnolls.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and an old rival family wants him found

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Azdûsh was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
