Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Astar was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Tiefling companion (his 'brother'). He now spends his time doing works of charity.

When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Knight hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature shield.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His first spouse was a Barber, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
