Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Callybon embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Callybon was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and to share knowledge with the world

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and a rival would like her out of the picture

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: Born in the south to a Carter, Vilberg learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 12 years.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and to be a barkeep again

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He was born in the west. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things.
