Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: Born in the east to a Sailor, Windy learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He struck the Sailor job and began his own company from there.
