History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and to prove his worth to the world

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Gormogord embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He is an amazing painter.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was granted divine powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His crest is cut close to his head. His red eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Ghash's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His father worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled father and took his father's old job. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and retire the richest man in the east
