Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears red painted combat armor at almost all times. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines gray.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. Damien enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Damien was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers.

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. His white hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are violet.

Personality: Aramil wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Bard, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Halfling people.

Description: He is a mite stocky and wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. His hair is cut close to his head. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Fortune-teller but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Darrak was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He moved out west to avoid the crime he committed. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs.
