Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. He has shaved his head bald. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady hazel eyes.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: Alvyn lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Alvyn abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Cartwright responsibilities is difficult.

Description: This late middle aged woman is wearing a long, tan cloak and is in decent physical shape. Her red hair, when down, is lengthy. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines blue.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: She wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and she wants revenge against gnolls

Personality: She is a very philanthropic person; she spends her free time working at various soup kitchens. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and she has passion for adventuring and risk

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He has a crush on the local Dyer; and he would like to get married and retire

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Half-Orcs. His skin is light but he possesses many brown ritualistic tattoos. He wears light armors faded through time and improper care. His chestnut hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His hazel eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He is afraid of men and trembles around them

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gorfel fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and a rival would like him out of the picture
