He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 4'1" when asserting himself. He has a very tight haircut. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Fallond alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it.

Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she wears many layers of old clothing at all times. Her blue crest, when down, is lengthy. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. Energy wise she seems alert and responsive.

History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.

Description: This younger middle-aged man wears baggy grey pantaloons and a blue scarf, and a wedding ring on his right hand. His long chestnut hair reaches down to his waist. His eyes are a pleasant gray.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. Alberich enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Alberich took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up whip and armor he uses now. Some 3 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Alberich never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Bidreked hails from a village terrorized by illithids. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Bidreked and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Many illithids want him driven away.

Description: This exceptionally lanky woman wears a black cloak and cross-gartered white stockings. She wears her silver crest up. Her red unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: She is envious of other's things. She hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that she so desires. She has a small toy that she constantly fidgets with.

History: Born to a Merchant, her mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Bellfounder hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Revenge; and she wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away
