History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tabaxis became a terror of the countryside. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her father was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His childhood dream was to be a Miller, but he was a colossal failure. He struck the Crown-heir job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and further expansion of business

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Millicent's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Her first spouse was a Carter, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.
