History: Born in the south to a Dyer, Morthos learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has achieved small success as a Dyer.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature kukri.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Gennal was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and to clean up the streets

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and his religion dominates his actions

Personality: Ovak speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Ovak grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Half-Orc companion (her 'brother'). She has dedicated herself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and she is greedy
