History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Gerard grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Gerard. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Gifted from a young age, Shamash studied abroad. His martial abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.

History: Varis was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and expand his business

Description: He wears just a red suit. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. His auburn hair is still thick. His eyes are brown and beady.

Personality: Gormogord speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. His parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when he was still a young child. The gnolls captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Gormogord was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the gnolls.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and a deep hatred of gnolls

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Wiggens embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Gnomish conditions. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Gnomish people; and gnomish compassion
