Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Avelina hails from a village terrorized by drow. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: Simon speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He got into the Knight business at a young age. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Knight.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of orcs may trigger it at times.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He would like to get married and retire; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of illithids once and for all.

History: Bathin was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Bard, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Bard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mortician hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature quarterstaff.
