He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Some 6 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Howard never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He tends to his Spy job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
