History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Kilvar alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Her first spouse was a Unemployed, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Unemployed they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Mortician, and she later adopted a second son.

Motivation: She wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and doesn't want to be a mortician and was forced into it by her family

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His arcane abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. She is always in debt, since she spends her money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Dwarves in Dagnal's homeland. Dagnal decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Dagnal fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
