When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bounty Hunter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

History: Paggen was born with his father's beautiful face. A freak accident while working with his Soapmaker father left him crippled. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He took after his mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his mother taught him to defend himself. When his mother died while fighting illithids, the young Smoking began to lead the lost caravan. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants revenge against illithids; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
