Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Thiala was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. Through the years after Justin was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Justin's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.
