Description: This younger middle-aged woman wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with small hat, and a wedding ring on her left hand. Her red hair is braided into rings. Her gray eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.
History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. Some 5 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Nedda never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.
Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Half-Elven people; and she is greedy

Description: An older woman who wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally she sports a black coat, she is not a threatening figure. She has no hair. Her white eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. She is seen as merciless and passionate.
History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Painter. She has worked as a Painter like her father before her.
Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and seeks redemption

Description: A woman with a cold, calculating air about her, she usually wears her brown robe and has her falchion always slung over her shoulder. Her silver hair is unkempt and raggedy. She has amber eyes and a brown hat with a black feather.
Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. She is stubborn though. She always likes to keep a trick up her sleeve. She likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if she feels she even has a chance of losing.
History: Gillyd was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Sculptor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Being a Sculptor kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and to prove her worth to the world

Description: He wears professional attire. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. He wears his chestnut hair down. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.
