History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Birel grew up listening to her mother's many stories. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: Fallond was born with his mother's beautiful face. He took after his mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his mother taught him to defend himself. When his mother died while fighting orcs, the young Fallond began to lead the lost caravan. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Syllin was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Syllin abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
