History: Dadalan was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Through the years after Grûblik was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Grûblik's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Grûblik fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
