Description: This western man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He is renowned for his bright tan suits and hats. Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Raer was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered dancing. Some 8 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Raer never married again.
