History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Tomi was born the youngest of three triplets. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Hadwisa hails from a village terrorized by brigands. The family's rival house kidnapped her sister with the intent that her sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and revenge

Description: This fat northern man has a bulbous nose and wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized blue coat. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His chestnut hair is matted, messy, and big. His eyes are likewise gray. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: This man loves music and to teach people music more than just about anything. The war was a terrible time for him, and Umpen does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered music. He has never given up on his music dream.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.
