History: Born in the west to a Carter, Burto learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She invites people to come help in her community garden.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Bowyer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
