Description: This man stands a little under 3'3" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His long red hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: Gifted from a young age, Jak studied abroad. A gifted student he started as a Baker, but he got bored and became a Adventurer. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: He is a Deep Scion in disguise. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Stableman. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: She hates dire rats. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: Born to a Shepherd, her father struggled to pay the bills. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the west were limited. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats; and someone believes her a fraud
