Description: A pudgy man standing about 3'4" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears skinny pants and wears a blue and green robe with the hood down. He has dyed his greying brown hair a little too much giving a sharp brown color. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His parents enrolled him in a Fighter school at a young age so that he could practice his necromantic talents. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying brother.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away

Description: She wears well tailored gowns and hats with beautiful decoration. She is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. She carries with her a set of swords on her belt, each one with a topaz on the hilt. Her golden hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. Her eyes are brown.
Personality: Millicent speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Laborer arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Millicent grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Millicent. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture.

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. She wears a grey vest with golden trim over her white shirt. Her tan leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and her grey boots flare out at the collars. Her tied-back hair is golden. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.
History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Delre took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up shortbow and armor she uses now. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the north; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister

He has relatively light skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. His auburn hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them.
