History: Trym hails from a village terrorized by giants. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Trym grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Trym. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with poetry. She constantly tries to fill her life with poetry. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: River lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. After a long history of fighting, River and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. A friendly and beautiful Half-Elf, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.

History: He was raised in a plains tribe. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. After a long history of fighting, Mantus and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
