History: Numba lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. After coming to the age of reason, Numba took it upon herself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Nim was born the youngest of three triplets. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Barber and was forced into it by his family.

Description: This woman is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. She wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with blue lining and desert motifs. Her silver hair is well kept. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes brigands are coming to abduct people. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Miner hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and she desires to right it; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is a great chef.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. After a long history of fighting, Adelard and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions.
