Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Mercenary hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

She has dyed her greying red crest a little too much giving a sharp red color. She has a dull look in her red eyes.

Personality: She is a very philanthropic person; she spends her free time working at various soup kitchens. She takes great pride in her work and is very well organized. Her planner is full of calendar events.

History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She tends to her Tailor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Description: The dark-skinned man stands 4'1" and wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. His auburn hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His half smiles and blue eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Marshal for hire.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and sabotage a competitor

Description: This northern woman is abnormally tall. She prefers to wear green clothing when she does not wear armor. Her whole body is exceptionally muscular. Her crest is short and rusty. Her face is scarred and worn.

Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. She disdains her fellow northerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and she desires to right it; and someone believes her a fraud

Description: This slender man stands about 3'4". He dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. His white hair is greasy and uncared for. This blue eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His parents were killed by goblins in a raid when he was still a young child. The goblins captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants revenge against goblins; and revenge
