History: Uthemar hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

History: Eberdeb was born the youngest of three triplets. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Spy hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

History: Tawna was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Brewer. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Her parents were killed by illithids in a raid when she was still a young child. The illithids captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
