Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Half-Elven companion (her 'brother'). Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Sarai fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Maynild was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. After a long history of fighting, Left-Handed and his spouse have recently divorced.

His hair is long and white with streaks of golden, and is pulled back with small brown clips. His beard is golden, braided, and well cared for. His green eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Simon lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His druidic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
